Kaira Prime ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what data we handle and why.

This website

This site is static: it sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not track visitors. We only see the standard technical logs kept by our hosting provider (e.g. IP address, timestamp) for security and uptime purposes.

Outreach emails

We sometimes contact businesses directly by email using publicly available business contact details (e.g. a company website or public directory). We do this under the "legitimate interest" legal basis of GDPR Article 6(1)(f), to introduce tools relevant to Shopify merchants.

Every outreach email includes a clear, working way to opt out. Any opt-out request is honored promptly, and we will not contact that address again.

Data minimization & deletion

We only keep the minimum contact data needed to reach out and respect opt-outs. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any data we hold about you at any time — just email us.
